For change-of-mind purchases, Viral Finds does not offer refunds.

Eligible change-of-mind purchases may be exchanged within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that:

• The product has not been used.

• The product packaging remains unopened and intact.

• The product remains in its original condition.

• All original packaging, seals, tags and accessories are included.

• Proof of purchase can be provided.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products for a change-of-mind exchange.

An exchange will not be processed until the original goods have been returned to Viral Finds, received and inspected.

These change-of-mind conditions do not exclude or restrict any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your item has been damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of both the damaged product and its packaging.
