RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Viral Finds does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Returns will only be accepted where an item is faulty.

To report a faulty item, please email loosechangebargains@outlook.com and include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A description of the fault
• Clear photos or a video showing the issue

Claims cannot be assessed without clear photographic or video evidence.

Please do not return an item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Once the fault has been reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for damage caused by misuse, rough handling, normal wear and tear, incorrect storage, or failure to follow product instructions.
